DESCRIPTION TEXT SCROLL BAR
This is used to scroll the currently active entry’s description text up and down to view long entries. This scroll bar only appears when an entry has more text than is presently visible. Clicking on the arrows at the top and bottom of the bar will scroll the description text one line at a time. Dragging the scroll bar slider will cause the text to jump proportionately to the point where you dragged. Clicking above the slider bar jumps the text back by nearly one screen. Clicking below the slider bar jumps the index forward by nearly one screen.
